拳擊班 Boxing Class

以教授搏擊動作為主,包含散打泰拳的揮拳、踢腿、關節技等招式動作,運用全身機能訓練模式來達到增強心肺功能的效果,大大提升消脂效能,回復輕型青春感覺。適合目標極速減肥修身的女士。

Mainly focuses on combat skills, the punching and kicking strikes improve your cardiovascular capacity, sparks your metabolism, and hence increase fat burn. You will feel slight and young. This class is the best choice for those who want to keep fit in a very time-efficient way.

瑜珈班 Yoga/Pilates

包含更多心靈層面的放鬆,鍛鍊腹背核心肌肉,提升靈活度,能提高身體力量、柔韌性和平衡。不斷強調放慢和慢活,節奏較溫和。

It includes more relaxation for the mind. Also, it could train up our core muscles of the abdomen, flexibility as well as body strength and balance. Emphasis on slow shifting and slow living with mild tempo.

健體班 Fitness / Firming

以鍛鍊肌耐力、核心肌肉及心肺功能,提高訓練者的力量,身體穩定性及靈活性等,從而有效及科學化地燃燒脂肪,重塑健美體態。

Aims to enhance muscular endurance and core muscle by strengthening body stability, agility, balancing, flexibility, and mobility. It is an effective and scientific way not only to burn fat but sculpt one’s body.

皇牌激瘦課程 SLIM COURSE

目標設定為8星期消脂減肥課程,透過一系列容易上手、密集而中強度的搏擊動作,達到高效燒脂的效果,配合運動科學數據、運動心理、飲食營養跟進,適合自我要求過及有目標感之學員。

An 8-week fat-burning program that is easy to pick up and aims to burn calories through medium-strength concentrated fight action training, with the use of sport science data, sport psychology, and nutrition follow-up, in order to reach efficient results of fat burning. Suitable for those who are self-demanding and target-oriented.

兒童搏擊課程 Kids Shoot Boxing Course
