以教授搏擊動作為主,包含散打泰拳的揮拳、踢腿、關節技等招式動作,運用全身機能訓練模式來達到增強心肺功能的效果,大大提升消脂效能,回復輕型青春感覺。適合目標極速減肥修身的女士。
